During this course we learn the lifecycle of a software project. From the preparations and the development to the hyper care phase. We will apply our theoretical content to one model company and provide a coherent practical use case of the newly learnt knowledge.

The first part of the course will focus on Business Model Innovation, specifically Digitalization and how to develop a modern business strategy. This is followed by the topics of commissioning, roles in projects, development specifications (Lasten- und Pflichtenheft).

Further topics will be BPMN modelling, software development, quality management and application management.
