During this course, we learn the lifecycle of a software project. From the preparations and the development to the hyper care phase. We will apply our theoretical content to one model company and provide a coherent practical use case of the newly learned knowledge.

The first part of the course will focus on Business Model Innovation, specifically Digitalization, and how to develop a modern business strategy. This is followed by the topics of commissioning, roles in projects, development specifications (Lasten- und Pflichtenheft).

Further topics will be BPMN modeling, software development, quality management, and application management.

You will the sample solutions for each excercise in the corresponding blogpost for the lecture.
